Submit your digital cases to us
Submit your iTero case
1. Call iTero at 1-800-577-8767, and request to add Unident Laboratories to your “Favorite Lab” list.
2. On the Cadent Lab List, search for Unident Laboratories. Select our laboratory as a “Favorite Lab”.
3. Send Your Scan: Submit your scans to Align Technology for margin marking. We will receive the scan, and begin processing your case.
Submit your Trios case
1. Visit https://us.3shapecommunicate.com/en/Account/LogOn and enter your Username and Password.
2. Click on “Connections”, then “Add Connection”.
3. Enter: jsantiago@unidentlab.com
4. We will approve your connection and begin to process your case.
Submit your Carestream case
1. Log in to your CS Connect account.
2. Select the case you would like to send and locate case details.
3. Under ‘choose a laboratory’, enter our email address: jsantiago@unidentlab.com
Submit your Cerec case
1. Sign in to your account at www.cerec-connect.com and navigate to the “My Account” menu.
2. Click on “My Favorite Labs” and search for Unident Laboratories. Our zip code is 94010.
3. Check the box next to our name and click Add.
4. You are now ready to submit your scans to us through the Cerec Connect Portal.
Submit your Medit case
1. Log in to your Medit Link account.
2. Select “All Organizations” from the sidebar.
3. Search for “Unident Laboratories” and click ‘Request Contract’.
